Yummy and Healthy Carrot Pineapple Mango Smoothie perfect for all the holiday treats!
Who is enjoying fall right now?! This includes pumpkin flavored or salted caramel flavored treats and drinks. I need something healthy before Halloween gets here. I took my girls to Panera for lunch last week and we made a picnic with it out in the park. It was beautiful!! I had the Autumn Squash Soup with the Carrot Pineapple Smoothie. I honestly was hesitant about the smoothie as I don’t like carrot juice. But when I tasted it, YUM! I knew I could make it home, with some added ingredients!
At the smoothie place, I worked at when I was 14 we used defrosted frozen fruits, turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw), honey, water, and ice. I personally like to use frozen fruits so it doesn’t water down my smoothies (and then I don’t need to make ice). As far as sweeteners, I like to use local raw honey and there are added health benefits to it too! I find that the added turbinado sugar is just way too sweet.

Carrot Pineapple Mango SmoothiePrint Recipe
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 TBSP honey
- 6 oz orange pineapple juice (or you could use orange juice)
- 8 oz carrot juice
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
