Sprinkles by Stacey is a fully licensed residential kitchen according to the laws of Massachusetts and the City of Haverhill

Payment Due
You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too! If your order is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 
No show = No cookies
Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 7 days prior to your pickup time.
Refunds
I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order and other supplies has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies!
Inspiration
​Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They’re just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – we’ll try to keep it close.  Please keep in mind that this is food, and while we try our best to get as close to your color schemes as possible, color matching is not guaranteed.
​Pictures are worth a thousand words
​But they’re not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also – cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5×11 in cookie)
Pick-up Dates and Times
Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too!

Covid Care
We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can give you the cookies and you can freeze your cookies so you can stay home and rest.
In a hurry?
While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders requested before the two week notice time period will be charged a rush fee (if there is any availability).
Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients.
Pricing Disclaimer
prices are subject to change depending on supply cost changes (ie; butter, eggs, vanilla, flour, almond flour, gluten-free flour etc). 
Copycats
Copyright images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate them baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!
It’s All Yours Now.
Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns. Keep them out of the refrigerator, direct sunlight, and heat.
In Sickness and in Health
While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything, there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching.
Weather Clause
If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!
​Delivery Clause
​ All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option with an additional fee of $1 per mile to and from my location! I love a good drive (bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks).
Bulk Order?
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget
Pay means Yay!
Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my cookies are awesome. Awesome!

Cookie Workshops

Cookie decorating workshops are non-refundable. I cannot offer refunds as supplies needed for the workshop have been ordered and created. But the good news – you get to take the class!

SECURITY

We would like you to have an enjoyable and secure shopping experience at SPRINKLES BY STACEY Online; therefore, protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than RENEE TERRY.

To double-check for security, you can tell that the “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”. Secure pages slow down websites so you will only see this on our checkout pages.

PRIVACY

STACEY WELCH-ANDRADE  takes your privacy seriously and will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.

STACEY WELCH-ANDRADE Online collects personal information when you shop and register with us. This information will be used to inform you of new products, classes, or updates on our site.

When you place an order at SPRINKLES BY STACEY online, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill our order and to communicate with you about it.
