I love how this Blueberry Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie came out!
The almond butter adds extra nuttiness to this smoothie while also adding some protein to the mix. The canned coconut milk makes this smoothie so creamy and indulgent. I have tried using non-canned coconut milk and the taste is not the same at all.
The farm where we get our local raw honey just opened back up and that is what I like to use in my smoothies for sweetness, but also for added health benefits including allergies and overall immunity.

- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 TBSP Almond Butter
- 8 oz. canned coconut milk (I used Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk)
- Gather all ingredients and equipment
- In a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth and Enjoy!
