chopped frozen banana

honey

almond milk
vanilla unsweetened

pumpkin puree
unsweetened

pumpkin pie spice

rolled uncooked oats
Instructions
Toast the pumpkin pie spice in a small saute pan over medium heat until fragrant.
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth!
