Blueberry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

frozen blueberries

yogurt

. chia seeds
1
TBSP
. honey
¼
cup
water
Instructions
Place chia seeds in a small glass and add enough water to cover the seeds. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
