Payment Due
You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too! If your order is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 
No show = No cookies
Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 7 days prior to your pickup time.

Pick-up & Delivery

Inspiration & Design
Thanks tons for bringing inspo pictures — they help guide me! That said, they’re just inspiration. Your cookies won’t be perfect replicas. Please keep in mind that this is food, and while we try our best to get as close to your color schemes as possible, color matching is not guaranteed.  Copyrighted designs (like Star Wars, Disney, or Peppa Pig) cannot be recreated. We’ll work together on a similar style or color palette.
Natural Food Coloring
Sprinkles by Stacey uses naturally derived food colorings made from plants, fruits, and vegetables for all piped cookies.  While every effort is made to achieve the desired color palette, natural colors may vary slightly from traditional synthetic dyes in shade, vibrancy, or consistency. Natural food colors are also more sensitive to temperature, humidity, and light, which may cause slight changes in color intensity over time. By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts these natural variations as part of the handmade and dye-free process.  To maintain the best appearance, cookies should be stored at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and refrigeration. Final Designs
All designs are finalized at the time of booking and cannot be changed afterward. This ensures your cutters, colors, and packaging are ordered and ready on time.
Pictures are worth a thousand words
But they’re not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also – cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5×11 in cookie)
Illness
We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can give you the cookies and you can freeze your cookies so you can stay home and rest.
Rush Orders
Orders placed with less than 2 weeks’ notice may be subject to a rush fee if I have availability.
Price Adjustments
Prices may change due to ingredient cost fluctuations (like butter, eggs, vanilla, specialty flours). I always strive to provide the best-tasting cookies at a fair price.

Care Instructions
Once you pick up your order (thank you!), your cookies are in your care. Keep them away from heat, sunlight, moisture, and the refrigerator. Protect those pretty packages from car doors and rogue shopping carts too!  
Liability
Cookies are delicious, but as with any food, there are inherent risks (allergies, choking hazards, foodborne illnesses). By purchasing, you accept responsibility for safe consumption.
Weather Clause
If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, cookies will be heat-sealed and ready for a later date. Refunds cannot be offered due to weather, but your cookies will stay fresh.
Bulk Orders
Every cookie is handmade, so discounts cannot be offered for large quantities. If you have a specific budget, let me know and I’ll do my best to create something that works.

Cookie Workshops

Cookie decorating workshops are non-refundable. Once you purchase workshops, your spot is reserved, and refunds will not be available. But the good news – you get to take the class!

PRIVACY

STACEY WELCH-ANDRADE  takes your privacy seriously and will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone.

STACEY WELCH-ANDRADE Online collects personal information when you shop and register with us. This information will be used to inform you of new products, classes, or updates on our site.

When you place an order at SPRINKLES BY STACEY online, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill our order and to communicate with you about it.
