Ordering & Availability
What is the minimum order?
A two-dozen minimum is required for custom cookies. Mini cookies are available with a three-dozen minimum.
How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date and theme/inspiration in mind. Availability is limited, and your date is not reserved until your invoice is paid and contract is signed.
How do I place an order?
Submit an inquiry through the order page with your event details. Once reviewed, I’ll follow up with pricing, design details, and next steps.
Is my order confirmed once I submit an inquiry?
No. Your order is confirmed only after your invoice is paid and contract is signed.
Design & Customization
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Each order is custom-designed based on your theme, colors, and inspiration. I do not replicate another baker’s designs, but I’m happy to create something unique inspired by your vision.
Can I request specific colors or themes?
Absolutely. Please include your preferred colors, theme, and any inspiration images when submitting your inquiry.
Will I receive a design proof?
Design details will be discussed during the booking process. Exact replicas or sketches are not guaranteed, as each set is created by hand.
Dietary Information & Allergens
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cookies?
Yes, gluten-free and vegan options are available for an additional charge.
Are your cookies allergy-safe?
All cookies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. I cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Do you ship cookies?
Due to Massachusetts regulations, cookies are available for local pickup or delivery only.
Where are you located?
Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed. Delivery is available within a limited local radius for an additional fee.
What happens if I’m late for pickup?
Please communicate as soon as possible if you expect to be late. Extended delays may impact availability.
Pricing & Payments
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on cookie size, level of detail, quantity, and any specialty dietary requests.
When is payment due?
Payment is required in full by the invoice due date to secure your order.
Do you charge rush fees?
Rush fees may apply for short-notice orders and are based on availability.

Changes, Cancellations & Policies
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Minor changes may be accommodated if requested by the design deadline and based on availability. Significant changes may require additional fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of my work, cancellations are non-refundable.
Storage & Care
How should I store my cookies?
Cookies should be kept at room temperature, sealed in their packaging, and away from direct heat or sunlight.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies are best enjoyed within 10 days but can be frozen for longer storage.
