Fried Banana Cheesecake Springrolls

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz Greek Yogurt Plain
  • zest of 1/2 orange
  • 1 TBSP heavy cream
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 1/4 each of vanilla bean deseeded
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 2 Bananas
  • Cinnamon Sugar as needed
  • Egg wash
  • 10 Spring roll wrappers
  • 2 quarts of Oil for Frying. Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


Cream Cheese Filling:

  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Place in a piping bag. Reserve.


  • Slice the bananas lengthwise in 8 pieces and coat with cinnamon sugar


  • Take one spring roll and lay it in front of you like a diamond. Squeeze a small amount of cream cheese filling (about 1 TBSP). Place two to three banana pieces on top of the cream filling. Wrap according to the pictures. Making sure that they are tight with no air pockets inside. Secure the wrapping with egg wash.
  • Fry until light golden brown. Place spring rolls on a rack or paper towel lined tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while hot.
  • Drizzle with honey if desired and enjoy!
