Banana Cheesecake Smoothie

Jump to Recipe

It has been so hot up here in Massachusetts.  Seriously?!  I really didn’t think it could get this hot up here in New England.  So to cool off I have been drinking smoothies just about every day.

Well, I have already made an awesome strawberry cheesecake smoothie and a banana smoothie, so I figured why not have a great banana cheesecake smoothie!  Ooh, top it off with a drizzle of caramel and you would have an awesome dessert in a cup!!

So as I told you I have been making so many smoothies, I buy a lot of bananas, I mean a lot!  I will cut up the bananas and then freeze them this does a few things:

  1. The bananas act like my “ice cubes”
  2. I could make banana ice cream with Isabelle quickly if we wanted to.
  3. No waste of product
